We've compiled some of the most common questions and provided some general information and resource links to help assist you. We can't cover everything but we'll do our best.

  • I'm having trouble with RugbyXplorer (RX) or the MatchDay app
Please refer to the RX Help page(s) for assistance related to RugbyXplorer (app and website) and MatchDay app.
  • I'm having issues entering match information in RugbyXplorer (RX).
Please contact your elected Division Representative to request their assistance. If they can not assist you, reach out to USA Rugby for assistance. Your Division Representative and USA Rugby should always be your first line of support.
  • How long does it take for a Transfer/Clearance request to be approved?
The process usually takes 3-5 days, but can take longer. The Transfer/Clearance request process requires approvals from your previous club(s) and their governing organization(s) and the process is not immediate. SCRFU does not control the process and has no ability to override or approve a request on behalf of a club or organization. If it has been more than 2 weeks, please reach out to USA Rugby Membership and request their assistance.
  • My Transfer/Clearance has been approved but I still don't appear with my new club?
It is a multi-step process. Once a clearance has been approved by both club and parent organization the player receives email detailing the approved clearance. Player then needs to continue registering online with the new club. This time they will be able to proceed through the registration process. For more detailed information on the process in RX, please see:
  • I received a Red Card, what do I do now?
